3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service
Email our support team at signatureoutfits.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with further instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, if eligible.

Step 2: Pack and Ship the Item
Place the item(s) in original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees.
