At Signature, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at support@signatureoutfits.com with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide the necessary return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at support@signatureoutfits.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately at support@signatureoutfits.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Used, washed, or damaged items caused after delivery

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
